Privacy Policy

Huzle (“Huzle,” “we,” “us”) provides an autonomous ad-creation and publishing platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Huzle you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. Your email/username and a securely hashed password. Your assigned role and the brands you may access.
Brand content you provide. Product names, descriptions, claims, audiences, hooks, logos, product photos, and other creative inputs you upload or enter.
Connected-account credentials. Access tokens for the advertising and social platforms you choose to connect (e.g. Meta, TikTok), used solely to publish and measure ads on your behalf. We never request your platform passwords.
Generated content. The images, videos, captions and campaigns Huzle produces for you, and your approvals/votes on them.
Usage data. Counts of generations and posts (for plan limits and analytics), and an activity log of significant actions (publishing, spend, account changes).
Technical data. Session cookies, IP address, and standard server logs for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

To provide the service: generate creative, publish and schedule posts, and report performance.
To authenticate you and enforce role- and plan-based access.
To protect the service (rate-limiting, abuse prevention, audit logging).
To operate and improve Huzle, and to communicate with you about your account.

3. How creative is generated

Huzle’s image and video generation runs on our own self-hosted infrastructure. Your product images and brand inputs are not sent to third-party generative-AI clouds, and are not used to train external models. Text/caption generation is performed by a model we host.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the service:

Advertising/social platforms you connect (e.g. Meta, TikTok) and publishing aggregators (e.g. Ayrshare) — to post and measure the ads you direct us to.
Infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting such as AWS) that store and serve the application under contract.
Legal — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a signed session cookie to keep you logged in, and a small preference cookie for your active brand. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and content while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time; we will delete or anonymize it except where we must retain records to comply with law.

7. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes; traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS); access is restricted by role and per-brand permissions, with significant actions audit-logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and are continually strengthening our safeguards, including encryption of stored credentials.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email kevin@huzle.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. International users

Huzle is operated from the United States and data may be processed there. By using the service you consent to this transfer where permitted by law.

10. Children

Huzle is a business tool not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
